About the
challenge
Mental health struggles are real. They're common. And they're nothing to be ashamed of.
This challenge is about breaking stigma and showing up for each other and proves that fitness, mental health, and community go hand in hand.
LIVIN provides resources, support, and community for it’s something you can access whenever. Feeling good, unsure, struggling, or know someone who is.
Mental health matters. Mental health is our responsibility.

I have a long history of pushing my boundaries, and it has certainly taken its toll.
There a lot of work to do but, i’m determined, I’m learning and I'm coming back to start with something that is so important.
Thank you to everyone for their support, checking in, and reminding me that I’m not alone.
I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a community that has provided me with so much.
Now it’s time to get to work.
This challenge is deliberately uncomfortable. It’s meant to push you to a place where you question yourself, where you feel like you can’t go on.
Mental health works in a similar way. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the struggle itself, it’s believing you can get through it. It’s taking that first step when everything in you wants to quit.
When you feel like you can’t, when you’re at your breaking point, when you need someone to say… You can do this, and you’re not alone.
If you’re struggling, it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human. There’s always a way through and there’s people who want to help.
